True Link Logistics LLC is a licensed property broker (MC# 1735578, USDOT# 4416261). We arrange freight transportation between shippers and authorized motor carriers.
We do NOT own, operate, or lease trucks, trailers, or any other equipment. We do NOT take possession of cargo. We are not a motor carrier as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
By using this Site, you acknowledge that any transportation services arranged through us are performed by independent third-party carriers, not by True Link Logistics LLC.
This Site is for informational purposes only. Requesting a quote, filling out a contact form, or sending us an email through this Site does NOT create a broker-shipper or broker-carrier relationship.
A formal brokerage relationship exists only after both parties have signed a separate written agreement (Broker-Shipper Agreement or Broker-Carrier Agreement) through our designated electronic signature platform (Dropbox Sign).
By using this Site or providing your email address to us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:
- Emails regarding your inquiries or requests
- Operational communications about loads (if you are a shipper or carrier)
- Invoices and payment notices
- Updates to these Terms or our Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website (not freight brokerage services) shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will be conducted entirely by video conference or phone. No one is required to travel anywhere. The Federal Arbitration Act applies. Judgments from arbitration may be enforced in any federal court.
Exception for Brokerage Services Disputes: Disputes arising from freight brokerage services (loads, payments, cargo claims, carrier performance, or any matter covered by a signed Broker-Shipper Agreement or Broker-Carrier Agreement) are governed by the dispute resolution provisions in that signed agreement, not by this section.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on this Site with the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and True Link Logistics LLC regarding your use of this Site. If you have a separate signed Broker-Shipper Agreement or Broker-Carrier Agreement with us, the terms of that signed agreement control over any conflicting terms here.
