c. Information Collected Automatically

Information Sharing – Third Parties

a. Carriers (For Shippers)

When you ship with us, we share shipper name and address, consignee name and address, pickup and delivery dates and times, freight description, weight, and commodity, and any special instructions with the authorized carrier performing the load.

b. OperFi (Our Factoring Partner)

We partner with OperFi to manage invoice factoring and payments. We share shipper name, address, and contact information, invoice amount and payment terms, load details, and proof of delivery documentation. OperFi's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

c. Service Providers
  • Dropbox Sign: Electronic signatures and document storage
  • Email hosting provider: Sending and receiving emails
  • Website hosting provider: Operating our Site
  • Payment processors: Processing payments

These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions and may not use it for any other purpose.

d. Legal and Regulatory Authorities

We may disclose your information if required by law, including FMCSA audits or investigations, court orders or subpoenas, and law enforcement requests.

e. Business Transfers
